The site is built as a visual learning tool. It turns abstract ideas like seconds, work shifts, moon phases, climate, rainfall, and geography into meters, charts, cards, and timelines that are easier to compare at a glance.

Time Weather Earth is a visual reference for everyday time, weather, geography, natural cycles, calendars, and workday progress. Useful context at a glance, with room to explore.
Privacy
The app may use an approximate IP-based location to show local information and select the appropriate privacy message. This is not precise GPS sharing. You can also choose a city or enter a ZIP code yourself.
Appearance, selected location, units, work schedules, privacy choices, and cached data are stored in your browser, not a user account. Read the full Privacy & Cookie Disclosure.
Data & accuracy
Weather, geography, rainfall, and climate values may be delayed, incomplete, rounded, or different from local measurements.
Current weather prefers available NWS station observations in the United States, with Open-Meteo modeled conditions as a fallback. Forecasts may use NWS or Open-Meteo; the optional extended outlook is less certain. NOAA/NCEI station history and modeled historical data are distinguished where available. Cached values retain their original retrieval time.
Sun and Moon times, eclipse predictions, zodiac positions, and map distances are calculated with conventional astronomical or geographic models; they are not direct observations or Earth-model-neutral results. Atmospheric refraction, terrain, and the visible horizon can shift observed rise/set times. Home's Sun times use Open-Meteo; Natural Time uses its own astronomical calculation. Chinese civil-calendar dates use UTC+8, while historical calendar reconstructions may use different correlations. Travel times are illustrative estimates, not live route planning. Simulation values are labeled and must not be read as live observations.
Use
This site is for learning and personal reference. Do not use it as the only source for safety-critical weather decisions, legal deadlines, navigation, payroll, medical planning, or emergency information.
Privacy & Cookie Disclosure
Google Analytics is connected and loads only after a visitor allows the Analytics category. Advertising services are not currently connected. This disclosure describes the current site and the consent controls prepared for a future advertising integration.
Information used by the site
The site processes the locations you enter, display and unit preferences, work schedules, and temporary weather or geography caches. It does not require a user account.
Approximate region detection
GeoJS or FreeIPAPI may receive the connection IP address to return an approximate country and state or region. The result selects one of the available privacy-message modes. The site does not use this lookup as precise location tracking.
Location choices
The site no longer offers a device-location button or requests precise browser location. You can refresh an approximate IP-based location or choose a city or ZIP code. Cookie consent does not grant device-location permission.
External data providers
Weather, geography, location, map, and reference requests may be sent directly to the providers identified in each page’s Data Sources card or through this site’s server-side proxy. Those providers receive the technical information required to answer a request.
Google Analytics
After Analytics consent, Google Analytics receives information such as page visits, general device and browser details, referral sources, scrolling, outbound clicks, and approximate geographic information derived from the connection. The site does not intentionally send precise device coordinates or directly identifying information to Analytics. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Future advertising choices
The prepared controls offer Accept All, Reject All, and Manage Options. When AdSense is connected, an accepted personalized-advertising choice may permit personalized ads; disabling personalization may permit non-personalized ads; rejecting optional advertising storage may permit limited ads where available. If no eligible ad is available, the ad area may remain empty.
Regional message modes
Consent-required regions receive an opt-in message, supported U.S. states receive state privacy controls, and other locations receive the worldwide message. Global Privacy Control signals are honored in the U.S. state mode. A Google-certified consent platform will replace the preview adapter before personalized AdSense advertising is activated where certification is required.
Your controls
Use Privacy & Cookie Settings in the footer to review or change a saved choice. Clearing this site’s browser data removes saved preferences, caches, and the privacy choice, so the message will appear again.
Current status: Google Analytics is connected through consent-aware loading. No AdSense publisher ID or advertising tracker is connected.
